Location: Naples, FL Main Objective: Arthrex, a growing medical device manufacturer, is looking for an Integrations Test Professional with the responsibility for leading and testing end-to-end of integrations/interfaces between internal and external software systems including SAP. The Integrations Test Analyst is expected to possess strong experience in interface/integration testing principles, processes and methods including an understanding of middleware technology (such as SAP PI, SAP BAPI, Mulesoft) and methods of transferring data (such as IDoc and EDI). The Integrations Test Analyst will test and perform coordination and collaboration functions across SAP and non-SAP application teams frequently interacting with internal stakeholders (i.e. Project Managers, Test Leads, Testers, Business Analysts, and Developers) within the IT division of Arthrex and will work with and lead offshore testers. The Integrations Test Analyst will be part of a dynamic software test team with established standards and processes in place supporting best practices in both manual and automated testing of new integrations/interfaces and changes to existing integrations/interfaces. We would prefer for this to sit with us at our Naples Florida Headquarters, but we are open to it being remote for the right situation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work independently, as well as with a test team, in a Test Lead and Tester role, to evaluate and test internally developed interfaces/integrations. Apply test methodology, as well as business process and application knowledge, in the design of tests and testing strategies. Based on business and functional requirements, identify testing scenarios and develop test cases to include test objective, pre-requisites, test steps, and expected results. Execute planned and exploratory testing, utilizing manual and automated test cases, to assure the quality of an applications usability, functionality, security, and performance. Document actual test results and defects and provide daily/weekly status, as well as represent testing team in project team meetings. Lead and oversee test automation activities for integration regression test suite. Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field required Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance performing Functional and Regression testing of packaged, custom developed, and/or mobile applications required Integration/Interface/File Transfer testing experience required ERP knowledge and testing experience highly preferred (SAP, Oracle or other) Experience with testing relational databases; database querying skills required Experience with Test Management tools required Experience with using Test Automation tools and developing automation scripts preferred Experience in testing implementations of new applications, system patches, maintenance releases, enhancement releases, and/or application defects required Experience in analyzing requirements/specifications and developing and executing structured/methodical test cases to prove fulfillment of requirements and viability of application usage and functionality required Experience in leading testing projects and coordinating and managing tasks of team members preferred Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training: Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet task and project deadlines Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and a customer service orientation ISTQB Foundation Level certification (CTFL) preferred
