- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management, and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors' practices, and other sources.
- Works with key stakeholders to identify reporting needs, defines the reporting requirements, designs the reports, and writes the code required to deliver the report.
- Maintains documentation and updates reports as data system enhancements are put into place and/or business rules evolve.
- Leads the development of business rules to guide data system design, data collection and data analysis.
- Creates business analytics by synthesizing information from multiple sources of data for business decisions and strategic planning. Manages consolidation of complex data into meaningful information systems.
- Develop data models, views, stored procedures, and cubes in SQL Server Management Studio.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve HR operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality, seamless custom service to all internal stakeholders at PGT Innovations.
- Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
- Use T-SQL to develop and implement procedures and functions.
- Performs other special projects and other related duties as assigned.
- Skilled in SQL Server Database Applications: SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, SQL Server Reporting Services. Server.
- Knowledge of current computing technologies and software applications such as specialized Business Intelligence software, SQL query language, Microsoft Access, SharePoint, and other database applications appropriate to the position's job responsibilities. Tableau, BI 360 & Power BI, and SQL Reporting Services expertise preferred.

- Comprehensive understanding of current principles, practices, and techniques of System Analysis, Business Analysis and Business Intelligence.
- Human Capital Management (HCM) experience preferred.
