We have an excellent Job Opportunity with one of the Senior Director - Reporting, Data & Integration with one of our Client, if you are available and interested, please share your updated resume and let me know the best time to speak to you Job Title: Senior Director - Reporting, Data & Integration Location: Atlanta, GA or New York, NY Client: MCIC (One of the leaders in Medical Insurer), https://www.mcic.com/ Job Type: Permanent(Full time) Pay: $DOE Role: On-site Role Summary: The Sr. Director of Reporting, Data, & Integration directs and manages a team of individuals skilled in the design, maintenance and support of the Data Warehouse and Integrations, as well as data analysts that use business data to maintain and develop reports that provide insight into business and operational performance. Candidate will lead team to collect and analyze internal and external data sources to provide operational and performance reporting for business areas and clients, including identifying patterns based in the data and offering analysis to the business teams based on these findings. The position will maintain an extremely involved ("hands on") engagement in the development and delivery of required work. The Sr. Director must be very technical and have strong data modelling and analysis skills and an ability to work with the business departments and external users to deliver comprehensive service of reporting, metrics, and analysis of data (operational and strategic). Candidate must have expertise with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), ETL, and analytic tools. Optimally, the candidate will have had foundational knowledge of multi-dimensional data modelling and management and working with IT organizations to utilize existing data architecture, dictionary, and other artifacts for data management. Additionally, candidate will be responsible to plan, manage and lead team serving multiple business groups and occasionally need to manage the team in the delivery of time-sensitive reporting. Primary roles & responsibilities: With a focus on identifying, monitoring, and reporting important business insights, you will:

  • Provide vision and guidance on the architecture of Business Intelligence applications that includes Data warehouse, integration (ETL) tool and visualization (Analytic) tool.
  • Manage teams located in Atlanta and New York - assigning work, managing production schedules, direct project work, assuring quality, and maintain materials delivered over time.
  • Manage all aspects of maintaining and supporting the Enterprise Data Warehouse lifecycle including design and enhancements, source data analysis, ETL, data marts, reporting, dashboards, and analytic projects.
  • Manage the definition, development, production, and distribution of reports and analyses required by business departments and external users at both the executive and operational level.
  • Manage delivery of monthly reports and analysis for internal departmental customers as well as external users.
  • Analyze complex business/reporting requirements and develop solutions (as an individual contributor or leading members of the team) that allow end users to obtain the information they require to make informed decisions, improving business performance across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to ensure understanding and appropriateness of reports and data and develop the portfolio and schedule for key analytics and reporting to align with the customers timelines.
  • Provide through the team of analysts new, on-going, and ad hoc analytical support and reporting for all business functions including Finance, Claims, Patient Safety, Human Resources, Operations, and external clients.
  • Perform analytics and leverage existing internal analytical tools to deliver company data and analytics in alignment with the business area Information Strategy.
  • Manage the development and testing processes including experiment design, KPI selection, requirements gathering, coordination of test execution, and success measurement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • BS in Business Intelligence and Analytics Management, Computer Science, or related degree; Master's degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with 7+ years' experience leading the execution of reporting and analytics.
  • Proven leadership abilities as demonstrated by the capacity to influence customers and team members in support of business initiatives, act on operational efficiency and impact customer results
  • Extensive SQL and Business Objects (BO) experience for report writing.
  • Experience with data integration (ETL), data modelling, data quality, data governance.
  • Specific experience with Informatica as ETL desirable.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Specific experience with Salesforce.com report writing is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Waves) is a big plus.
  • Insurance industry knowledge preferred.
  • Must demonstrate primary skills including strong business intelligence background and analytics delivery capabilities, exemplary data collection and analysis skills.
  • Expertise with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), ETL, and Analytical tools.
  • Strong understanding of dimensional modelling as well as other data warehouse best design practices.
  • Understanding and experience managing within centralized reporting and why this important and the ability to implement through strategy.
  • Excellent computational skills - advanced Excel, SQL, Business Objects and Tableau.
  • Ability to manage reporting of time sensitive and confidential information for business and Executive management and work flexible hours including occasional weekends to deliver content and reports as needed for leadership.
  • Ability to mentor direct reporting staff and create opportunities for staff development.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
