Our Customer Service Representative's (CSR) primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. Our CSR's work directly with our customers and identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag them in, while inputting that information into the computerized Point of Sale System. Our CRS's assist customers with pick up of finished orders. Our CSR's ensure balancing and accuracy of cash drawers.
Our CSR's are responsible for opening and closing of our retail stores, as well as cleaning and over all appearance of that store. Our CSR's must be able to build long standing relationships with our customers.
The ideal candidate will:
ï Be outgoing, highly energetic, and have a sincere desire to serve our customers.
ï Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
ï Have great communication skills, detail orientated and be able to multitask.
ï Operate a computerized POS (Point of Sale system) to receive, process and cash out customers dry cleaning orders and have the ability to accurately input data into our computer system.
ï Must be able to work independently in a retail environment and as a team member.
ï Maintain a professional appearance at all times and display a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and all work assignments.
ï Demonstrate excellent communications skills and work ethic.
ï Be able to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude, and provide exceptional customer service.
ï Have the ability to follow directions, learn our POS systems, and work in a fast-paced environment.
ï Previous customer service work assignments and demonstrated abilities are required.
ï Additional work assignments may be required, as the business needs.
Hourly, Part-Time
Requires an individual to work a flexible schedule of days and locations.
Shifts can vary, however are normally M-F 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm & Sat 8:30am-2:30pm.
Paid Training and regular shifts are available.
