Job Description
Our mission in HotelsCorp is to create and nurture inbound programs for CFI that generate tours. This position will be responsible for providing our customers with the widest selection of hotel accommodations, destination services and specially discounted vacation packages at a great price over the phone.
- Responsible responding to incoming phone calls
- Answer questions regarding resort amenities, unit descriptions, location and travel directions, and reservation confirmations.
- Qualify customers and hook guests on a tour presentation
- Book reservations
- Familiarity and efficiency with computer systems, knowledge of seasonal rates and awareness of black-out dates.
- Confirm/Cancel reservations
- Cross-sell - Sales skill with the ability to determine needs.
- Problem resolution - Ability to solve problems without hesitation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of six months experience in sales
- Ability to make decisions quickly based on vacation needs of prospect
- Personal computer experience
