Job Description

SUMMARY

The objective of the Letter Processor is to facilitate the preparation and distribution of outgoing correspondence. This includes mailings to our Timeshare owners, guests and Team Members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Utilize queries to determine daily/weekly/monthly mailings.

Print/Prepare outgoing mail ( can be paper mail or emailed )

Utilize Imaging system ( prepare documents for scanning/verify scanned documents)

Assist in Ocoee Copy Center for preparation/ shipment of print requests.

Process CSD (Customer Service Requests) issues according to departmental policies and procedures.

And other Misc duties as instructed by supervisor

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
