VOA Customer ServiceRepresentative,you will:- Interactwithtrialowners in a blended inbound & outbound environment
- Assist guests inupgradingandbuying Vacation Traveler packages
- Work with thetrialowners to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce cancellations
- Consistently meet metrics and goals
Qualifications
Toperform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speakEnglishfluently.Fluent in Spanish is preferred.Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Additional Information
Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
