As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your job responsibilities will include:
Monitoring & grading prerecorded calls
- Coaching representatives
- Planning coaching schedules
- Meeting weekly with your QA lead for updates
- Meeting minimum coaching requirements
- Handling inbound calls, booking, cancelling, & rescheduling reservations to local attractions such as : Deep Sea fishing, Horseback riding, Golf, Dolphin Cruises, Whitewater Rafting, Zip Lining, and many many more.
Job Type: Full-time
Up 30 -40 hrs. a week. (Flexible Schedules)
Free Employee tickets to many of our providers including; Fishing, Dolphin Cruises, Para-sailing, and more.
Job Requirements:
- Customer Service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
