Retired and just bought hobby farm. Want someone to work two afternoons a week with me. Thinking Tues and Thurs but some flexibility on days - but must be afternoons. Could be more if trusted. Must be strong and able to do hard manual labor. There will be a lot of tree trimming and land clearing but also a lot of painting and remodeling. Had one 18 year old that could only go hard an hour. Will pay no less than 12 but happy to pay 20 if you have skill, work hard and quickly prove yourself. In fact, I want to find someone that deserves 20. You will be contractor, not employee. Will pay cash each week. No drugs or drinking and will likely do background unless references that I like. This position would be ideal for young self employed tradesman just starting his craft or an ambitious college student. Although I am a retired executive, I put myself through college rehabbing houses and Ive done several over the years as Hobby. Im a good teacher and mentor in general and if youre starting a business my insights would be invaluable. I am not posting my number due to the unsolicited contacts you get on craigslist. But will respond every contact I believe is real. If you live within 10 miles of Me I am willing to provide transportation if youre a young college student or something like that Currently without a vehicle.
