I own a local insurance agency and I am seeking an executive assistant/office receptionist to assist me with day to day office activities, client management, and outbound prospecting. Past experience in the insurance industry or holding a valid Florida health insurance license would be a plus. I am looking for someone who can generate appointments and sales by communicating with potential and existing clients. Day to day activities involve reception work, answering phones, making multiple phone calls and text messages, conducting customer service activities, running errands, and making outbound phone calls to schedule meetings with prospective clients. A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, sales skills, and the ability to work independently is required for this position. Past contact manager database (CRM) experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are a plus. Initially this will be a 15 to 20 hour per week position with the possibility of more hours in the future. There is a possibility of working remotely, via virtual office, for the right person.
