Bel Aire Terrace Luxury Apartments, in Crestview, FL, is looking for their next Leasing Specialist. The position involves touring prospective residents, selling them on our wonderful community and helping them through the application/leasing and move in process.
The ideal candidate is:
A leasing superstar!
Savvy with social media
Comfortable with Craigslist postings
Has experience with creative blogging/marketing
Enjoys planning community functions
Types fast and accurately
Excels at administrative tasks
Has great energy
Must be able to work with people in a high paced environment
