We are hiring immediately for an Office Manager /Full Charge Bookkeeper

Compensation above industry standard for experienced and qualified applicants only. Must have 5+ years of verifiable experience.

We are a well established Landscape / Irrigation / Lawn Care company working with high end residential and a mixture of commercial properties with a meticulous client base, attention to detail is a must

Full Time Year Round Employment & Benefits

Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years verifiable experience

-Be able to follow direction well

-Must be dependable

-Must have reliable transportation

-Must be detail oriented

-Must understand accounting practices

-Must have Quickbooks experience

-Must have valid ID/DL & Social Security Card

Responsibilities:

-Answering phones / Checking voicemails

-Accounts Payable (checks, wire transfers, ACH, credit card payments)

-Accounts Receivable (checks, wire transfers, ACH, credit card payments)

-Weekly Collections of past due customers

-Assisting walk in customers

-Reconciling of all credit card accounts

-Reconciling of all bank accounts (checking, saving, L.O.C., HSA )

-Scheduling

-Bid preparations

-Keep all logs updated (fuel, vehicle maintenance, etc.)

-Keep up to date all insurances & licensing

-Process credit card transactions

-Process bank wires & transfers

-Perform all aspects of HR (on-boarding, orientation, attendance, PTO, payroll, etc.)

Confidentially is a must

-Check multiple email accounts as new emails come in

-Light office cleaning

-Be familiar with FLDOT & it's practices

-Be familiar with government project requirements (submittals, certified payroll, etc.)

-Process pay apps for payment from contractors

-Process contracts coming in by general contractors & our contracts going out

-Workers Comp ( prepare for & handle WC audits, Keep up with WC coverage, & proper coding for new employees)

-Keep up to date all COIs for us & also for vendors (WC / GL / Auto)
