Position: Automotive Customer Service & Marketing Management. This person will be responsible for on site lead generation and appointment setting duties and any subsequent client interface between the owner of a very unique and well branded different type of automotive dealership in Niceville, Florida, and all potential clients.
Position Requirements:
1- Contract relationship with attractive weekly base income and bonus structure.
2- Monitor and support existing websites and other sources of lead generation and Customer Service Management (CRM) Software to enhance our proven and unique brand identification and marketing awareness.
3- Professional CRM background preferred and will train the right person.
4 - Identifiable Technology skills, Telephone skills, and personal client interpersonal skills are a must.
5- Ability to work with others and superior people skills a MUST
6- Willingness to set high goal standards and desire to make this your last career move. (I am not looking for a short term business relationship and will NOT hire an individual who jumps around jobs. Stability and personal success traits are a must!)
7- Commitment to stay on our process at all times. I am a published and provable authority on this subject matter as a sales trainer and sales process development expert.
