Job Details

Qualifications
  • Five or more consecutive years of success in software development
  • Expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Visual Basic
  • Proficiency in database design concepts and SQL queries
  • Experience with front end technologies and frameworks preferred
  • Strong proficiency in decentralized version control
  • Previous experience working in an agile environment
  • Structured and focused time management skills
  • Self-starter and internally driven to make an impact
  • Must be adept to handling pressure and working under stress
Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers on projects and initiatives
  • Work with the Product, and Quality Assurance teams to design, develop, test, and maintain our applications
  • Innovate our products and applications
  • Mentor developers on best practices and methodologies
  • Build and maintain our APIs
  • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and code
  • Establish and maintain coding standards and guidelines
  • Participate in two-week sprint cycles
