Air Logistics Customer Care Manager positions offered by Kuehne + Nagel Inc. (Orlando, Florida). Responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients by implementing and managing the Customer Care strategy on a location level as well as continuously optimizing customer service procedures, developing team members; collaborating and alignment with the HUB teams; and measuring established and agreed goals/targets/KPIs. Position reports to Orlando, FL office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
