Technical Support Analyst Location: Orlando , FL/ Atlanta , GA/ Richmond , VA/RemoteDuration: 6 months

Description:- Wholesale Implementation Support (WIS) team is seeking Technical Support Analysts to assist in our Merger Activities as we integrate systems between client and to form client.- These Teammates will be supporting our clients by reviewing their configurations and providing technical support of Treasury Products such as Managed File Transfer, Online Courier, Lockbox, ARP/CPR, File Mapping and client View Treasury Managers during this transition.- Teammates will also be assisting with file testing and connectivity testing between our client facing interfaces and our back end systems.- The overarching goal is to provide a best-in-class client experience to help our clients make a seamless transition as we integrate our systems to form client.

MUST HAVE- Skills / Prior Experience- Experience as a Technical Support Analyst in a banking or Financial institution. - General Knowledge of banking or financial software and configurations. - Technical experience with analyzing and troubleshooting financial products and applications.- Experience in customer service/call center, banking, bank operations, bank products, Treasury Management or other related areas.- Experience implementing, fulfilling or supporting client or other financial institution's treasury products and solutions.- Training, certifications, or additional education related to Treasury Management and/or banking operations or financial institutions.- Degrees/education in accounting, finance, banking or experience supporting treasury applications.- Diligent, flexible, and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.- Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Browser Troubleshooting/ connectivity/ login issues.

PLNICE TO HAVE - Skills/Prior Experience:- General Project Management Skills for financial software deployment and support. - Technical Certifications such as A+. - Understand FTP/SFTP connectivity: Strong knowledge of FTP/SFTP protocols, connectivity and ports.- Knowledge of PGP encryption: Teammate should show knowledge of PGP and it works. - NACHA Files: Teammate should have very good understanding of NACHA file structure and troubleshooting and correcting NACHA files.- Understand BAI 2 files: Knowledge of BAI 2 files and specifications. Ability to interpret BAI 2 files and the codes within the files.- Know Positive Pay files: Knowledge of Positive Pay files and file structures for both inbound and outbound files.- Information Reporting Knowledge: Show strong knowledge of our Information Reporting platforms, delivery methods and file structure and file formats.- Knowledge of Lockbox Processes, data file layouts and delivery methods.- Knowledge of Treasury Products SVTM, OLC, MFT and Lockbox.- Ability to navigate Mainframe. General Skillset:- Experience in Treasury Operations, bank operations, or other related industry.- Strong verbal and written communication skills – including the ability to be proactive and construct concise messaging based on the audience including upper management.- Strong knowledge of bank operations, risk and controls, and operational risk management methodologies.- Diligent, flexible, and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.- Proactively informs and/or engages leaders and others to communicate issues, risks, and opportunities to business partners and directly or indirectly the client. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively to prioritize, satisfy client needs and provide top tier client experience.

Responsibilities:These teammates will be supporting the Client Transitions Team and Treasury Client Onboarding team during the MOE between client

Duties include: - Reviewing clients’ list of products and services to determine their complexity as they prepare for the merger activities.- Analyzing clients’ configuration and settings to insure that all of the technical components are in place to stage the clients for merger.- Assisting with troubleshooting Products such as Online Courier, MFT, ARP and Lockbox.- Assisting clients and our TCO team and Client Transitions team with File testing which could include NACHA and Positive Pay files.- Working with Online Courier setup to assist with file delivery, connectivity and troubleshooting. - Partner between TCO and our Data Transmission partners and assist with file testing and connectivity.- Assisting the Client Transitions team with research and troubleshooting between our client facing applications and our back end systems. "
