Job Description
This is a full-time position that reports to the Account Manager.
Responsibilities:- Build customer relationships and earn the loyalty and trust of every customer
- Provide excellent customer service to every customer
- Support customers by answering their inquiries, answer customer questions by addressing their concerns and helping them knowledge of products or services
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Take notes on customers’ remarks and comments and use them to enhance your performance
- Share valuable customer knowledge with the team to further strengthen our ability to service customers
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience, a plus – we’ll teach you the rest!
- Ability to learn quickly in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a great sense of pride for self and company integrity
- Self-motivated achiever enthusiastic about taking on additional responsibilities and roles
- Excellent verbal communication skills and not afraid to approach others to engage in conversation
