What will I be doing?
As a Bellperson you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
- Greets and assists with owners and guests transporting and/or securing their luggage appropriately, as well as other special requests and deliveries. Monitor front entrance of property and guest's arrivals.
- Provides instructions and information regarding the amenities of the room and property services based on our brand standards.
- The BellPerson will also assist in covering the gate when needed. Ensures an organized, safe and clean front entrance and lobby area.
- Carries out reasonable requests by management including assisting other departments.
- Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGVC from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general documents.
- Minimally intermediate computer skills.
- Minimum basic mathematical skills.
- Use good judgment to deal with a variety of variables in guest and business situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and service skills.
- Previous customer service experience
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 3-5 years of previous experience in this or a related job
- A valid driver’s license
- Previous hotel experience
