RESPONSIBILITES: Must have: 1. Managing and troubleshooting technical problems by creating test scripts, managing test cases, etc. 2. Previous experience managing small scale projects, building project schedules, and testing user interfaces. Nice to have: 1.   • Job Overview: This position is responsible for sustaining and project managing technologies within Risk Management. We are looking for a candidate with at least two years of systems project management experience. This candidate is a team player who holds themselves accountable for their responsibilities, team partnership, user support, and collaboration with partners. An ideal candidate believes the impossible is possible and can accomplish anything by asking the right questions and thinking outside the box. Responsibilities: • Develop project, schedule, and task execution plans with vendors and IT support. • Lead project components to ensure deliverables are within schedule, scope, and budget. • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop deliverables such as business processes, requirements, and test plans. • Escalate risks and issues through appropriate management channels. • Provide stakeholders with consistent project updates, including progress, decisions, risks, and issues. • Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution. • Provide break/fix support for existing user functions and data interfaces. • Act as a liaison between users, IT, and vendor support to articulate issues and business impact. Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalation of complex or critical business problems. • BS degree in Information Technology or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience working on systems projects and creating project schedules. • Proven success working with all levels of stakeholders. • Proven ability to lead stakeholders in decisions. • Ability to effectively communicate highly complex business and technology information with internal and external contacts in written and verbal formats. • Experience providing direction to users and vendors to complete work efforts. • Demonstrated experience with identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving application and interface issues. • Must be able to work 2 days per week in the physical office location.
