Role Responsibilities:• Manage a global team of technical SME’s for XenApp, XenDesktop, Provisioning Services, VDI’s and Citrix UPM• Lead, coach, develop and strengthen the Global Citrix Operation team• Excellent communication skills, building relationships with all key business owners/ representatives• Provide focus for SLA management and customer satisfaction across the relevant customer base.• Ensure the information systems and the review structure for SLA’s and client satisfaction are in place and effectively used against performance based contracts.• Focused on developing effective resource management plans to ensure the service levels are maintained• Provide tier III IT support incident management, problem resolution and root cause analysis.

Role Requirements:• Proven experience setting measurable goals and metrics to drive success for teams• Demonstrate ability to hire, develop and coach highly technical teams• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and leading technical teams• Technical background with hands-on Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Provisioning Services, VDI’s and Citrix UPM experience• Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes and projects within defined timelines and SLA’s• Has advanced knowledge and skills within the Citrix discipline, understanding of the impact across multiple business units within the organization• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 5 years prior experience
