As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events for our clients. From corporate functions to large-scale celebrations, you'll be responsible for overseeing the logistics, vendor coordination, and ensuring each event runs smoothly. You'll work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life with precision and creativity.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, including budgeting, vendor management, and timeline creation.Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and preferences, ensuring their vision is met.Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and transportation.Handle on-site coordination, supervising staff and ensuring all elements are in place.Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.Troubleshoot issues as they arise to ensure a seamless event experience.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
