Working closely with our sales and marketing team to create custom flavors for clients
Compounding flavor formulas with precision and accuracy

To be successful, you'll need:
A degree in chemistry, food science, or a related field (or minimum 2 years of relevant experience)
Experience with flavor compounding and basic knowledge of aroma chemicals
A creative mind and a highly developed sense of taste and smell
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Understand functionality, organoleptic qualities, and solubilities of flavor materials. Able to creatively develop flavors per customer descriptions and analytical reports. organizational skills to handle a large workload with shifting priorities. Maintain, manage, and coordinate shipment of flavor samples. Manufacture products according to special instructions. Prioritize safety in working with all flavor materials. Maintain and organize raw material library. Acquire a perfect understanding of the market and its key categories.The essential functions of this role include:
