Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you will:Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.Issue room key and escort instructions to Bellhop.Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.Computesbill, collects payment, and makes change for guests.Make and confirm reservations.Post charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone, to ledger.Make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservation, and arrange for tours.Assist guests with deposit of guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe deposit box.Nightly bucket checksAble to listen and find solutions to guests problems
