Job DescriptionSNI Technology has partnered with a healthcare orginization in the Orlando area who is seeking a Help desk Technician. Responsibilities include troubleshooting PC/Network/Peripheral issues, proactively resolving issues in monitored machines, running maintenance / Windows updates.
The ideal candidate must have:- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Windows 7 & 10, MS Office, PC hardware / peripherals and understanding of basic networking
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and solve problems (escalating when necessary)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must pass extensive background check and drug screen
- 2+ years of experience
- Travel withing the central Florida area and occasional travel to south Florida
