Job SummaryThe Employee Experience & Success Administrative Assistant role functions as a supporting role for the HR and L&D staff. Is responsible for assisting with general office tasks; meeting setup, mail distribution, and clerical work as needed. The ideal candidate is creative, a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills.Responsibilities and Duties

Execute COVID facility policies and ensures compliance of HQ, new hires, employees and visitors

Sets up, breaks down, organizes, and maintains conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms

Maintain technology inventory; distribute equipment; create logins and user access

Conduct initial phone screens for candidates

Work with new hires to gather all relevant documents required for onboarding

Schedule relevant fingerprint appointments for new hire candidates prior to onboarding and ensure follow through

Prepare all relevant training materials

Distributes incoming mail and/or packages

Performs clerical duties; maintain files, and organize documents; print, photocopy, fax, etc. as needed

Maintains inventory of HQ supplies and all relevant office admin functions

Work on special projects as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program

Must be 18 years of age

Must be proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-directed and able to work without supervision

Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
