Location: Orlando, FL - hybrid

Duration: 12 month contract

Compensation: $58

Skillset / Experience:

Responsibilities: • Developing, maintaining, and monitoring project resource plans. • Monitoring project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. • Analyzing, measuring, and recognizing the financial impact of various project actions. • participate in analyzing and using financial data to identify key project issues, and • maintains budget tracking and monitors budget expenditure • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. • Support executive level project status presentations and dashboards. • Creates data visualization elements to provide a graphic demonstration of project resource analytics and metrics. • Providing administrative support as needed. • Undertaking project tasks as required. • Developing project strategies. • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members. • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. • Ability to work on tight deadlines. • 3+ years of project management/coordination experience, managing diverse teams and complex projects. • Experience working in technology project initiation in a large technology/digital environment. • Exposure to modern software development and infrastructure tools, processes, and practices, including Jira/Confluence, Agile Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Management, and SaaS/PaaS. • Strategic thinker that can connect business outcomes to technology solutions, strong collaborator, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. • Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Understanding of value-driven business outcomes and metrics. • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • End-user experience and a moderate level of competency in the use of project management tools and/or software packages (Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tools, such as Clarity, MyPPM, etc.) • End-user experience and a moderate level of competency in the use of office productivity software and tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Suite, SmartSheet, etc.) • Project Management Professional (PMP®), a plus. • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®), a plus.
