  • This individual would also manage key process areas for the embedded systems group such as change management and problem resolution.
  • The candidate should have prior experience working on a software development team that followed agile processes and have held a comparable role with bonus points for formal certifications.

  • Facilitate agile development ceremonies such as scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
  • Define and track metrics and KPIs for the scrum team's sprints and releases
  • Review metrics and KPIs relating to scrum team's velocity and efficiency with Product Owner and Project Management and provide recommendations and insights as part of a process of continual improvement
  • Coordinate problem resolution activities as a process area owner to ensure that embedded system problems such as defects are identified, analyzed, managed and controlled to resolution
  • Coordinate change management activities as a process area owner to ensure that embedded system change requests are managed, tracked and implemented
  • Create and maintain a culture of continuous learning and relentless improvement by applying and coaching Agile and Lean principles within the Scale Agile Framework (SaFe)
  • Work with Product Owner to ensure backlog is properly refined for upcoming sprints
  • Work with Project Management to align scrum team activities and progress with product releases and customer milestonesMinimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 5+ years working as a software developer following agile processes throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Solid foundational knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies
  • Working knowledge and experience with JIRA, Confluence, or comparable tools
  • 3+ years working as either a scrum master, project manager, product owner, or related role
  • Hands-on experience working with process models such as CMMI or ASPICEPreferred Qualifications
  • Automotive industry experience
  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Familiarity with Embedded Systems
  • Hands on experience working with automotive safety processes (e.
  • Relevant Agile or Project certifications including but not limited to: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or Project Management Professional (PMP)
