- Provide technical solutions to meet specific user needs.
- Elicits, analyze, validate, and document business organizational and operations requirements
- Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the GBTS organization and manages changes to such specifications.
- Communicates business direction to the IT organization.
- 5 years+ of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Bachelor's Degree
- Understanding and Ability to gather business requirements
- Familiar with ITIL for service design.
- Standard BA roles and responsibilities
- Technical Knowledge: AWS/Linux Systems Admin or Cloud Exp/ServiceNow or another ticketing systems.
