Perform all operational duties such as balancing daily deposits to what has been processed thru Compass Software and MIMO Cash Recycler machines, determine and order cash daily from bank for the Vault, verify all deposits prepared by Vault Teller, and monitor and enforce internal controls. Responsible for making sure all cash within the Vault balances. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plans and schedules the daily workflow assignments for CCF Team Members. Approximately 500 to 2000 items process daily. Monitor performance to insure policies and procedures are followed.

Responsible for verifying daily deposits and cash on hand in the Vault. Responsible for ordering cash from the bank as needed.

Updates and provides feedback to team on metric data. Provides input for employee performance reviews and counseling.

Assists Vault team members in resolving any balancing problems. Organizes and files all Vault support documentation. Ensures all equipment is working properly.

Adhere to the internal and dual control policies of UO and meet the minimum average of 2 points or below for over/short matrix points.

Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: High school degree or GED is required.EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years prior heavy cash handling experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excel knowledge required.

1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
