Trades I - HVAC

As a Trades I - HVAC, you will:Perform HVAC-related tasks including installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and support for other trades as assigned by resort management.Complete daily work orders, guest calls, blitzes, and special projects efficiently and on time.Install, maintain, and replace HVAC components such as condensers, thermostats, fan motors, and split systems.Use and interpret technical documents, including O&M manuals and technical data, to ensure proper equipment handling.Operate resort systems like HotSOS and maintain effective communication via radio, phone, email, and in person.Follow safety guidelines, use appropriate tools and equipment, and identify/report safety hazards promptly.Participate in procurement and inventory to ensure materials, tools, and parts are available when needed.Represent the resort professionally by following policies, maintaining a clean appearance, and providing excellent guest service.
