Job Description
The main purpose of this position is to manage the VOA Agents that sell rental option packages to families who are unable to become owners the day of presentation.
DUTIES- Ensure that plenty of VOA Agents are scheduled to cover the sales floor
- Ensure that VOA Agents are motivated to keep the energy going for sales.
- Provide customer service to all potential owners.
- Make sure the sales representatives are available to go on another tour.
- Ensure that they available to the VOA agent to answer all questions for a potential VOA package to be sold
- Make sure that payroll is submitted so the VOA Agents are paid for their hours on a biweekly basis.
- Regular attendance as scheduled is necessary.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Must possess excellent customer service skills. Must have 6 years’ timeshare sales experience.LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Additional Information
