Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a remote Web Producer for a contract-to-permassignment with one of our premier Hospitality/Travel clients. This is a 100% remote position. 1-year contract to perm assignment (will NOT be required to work onsite even when converted to full-time employee) Web Producer Specialist: supports multiple departments by building, creating, scheduling, posting, and maintaining content on our affiliated sites. This position is hands-on in shaping the online member experience, advancing digital content objectives, project management, performance reporting, and overall contribution to the brand's digital footprint.
- Enriches user experience through tailoring of content across website, including copy, banners, articles, microsites, and more.
- Manages content schedules and inventory allocation process in coordination with marketing campaign stakeholders, resulting in effective planning, tracking, and execution of promotional messaging.
- Assist in leading agencies and business stakeholders in creation of new website content areas, including pages and microsites, while ensuring a consistent easy-to-use online experience.
- Ensures published content is best practice compliant, including SEO, naming conventions, brand guidelines, tagging, and testing for quality assurance.
- Works directly with the eCommerce Manager and business teams, including Product Development, IT, Revenue Management, and Business Development, to employ strategies that increase sales and drive profitability in the online channel.
- Addresses site issues and errors promptly, with comprehensive follow-up.
- 3 - 5 years of Content Management application experience.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or other business related field.
- Intermediate to advanced HTML and CSS skillset.
- 3 - 5 years of experience managing content for a high traffic website.
- 3 - 5 years of experience with Adobe Photoshop, website content platforms, FTP analytics.
- Expertise with MS Office.
- 3+ years of ecommerce or online marketing experience.
- SEO expertise or certifications a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or OpenText or Teamsite.
- Experience with debugging tools.
- Experience in high-volume, global online operation or with a large consumer brand.
