Minimum 5 years of experience as a server, preferably in an Italian restaurant or fine dining establishment.
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine, including recommending and pairing wines with dishes.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food safety certification and knowledge of restaurant health standards is a plus.
