Responsibilities:
Handle all administrative dutiesÂin a timely manner
Perform routine clinical tasksÂto support medical staff
Communicate with patients for scheduling and procedure results
Obtain insurance authorizations for procedures
Receive and answer telephone calls for patient concerns
Escort patients to exam roomsÂ
M-Th. 8:30-4:30
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare
Familiarity with working in a medical office
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently
Reliable and hard working
Knowledge of EMR and Microsoft Office software
Professional references required
