Checking eligibility by using kareo, availity and obtaining approvals for referrals.
contact insurance company or pcp offices for referral number or authorization, Sending referrals requests to PCP.
, obtain medical records if needed, most important making appointment calling atleast 50 calls daily to schedule them to come in the office for followup appointments, sending office notes to PCP and scanning billing.
