We are looking for a motivated Carpenter Helper to join our crew building sheds from scratch, on-site. This is an independent contractor position, paid per shed completed (average $200–$250 per day) working Tuesday to Friday.
Pay: $200–$250 per day (per shed completed) 4 days per week (Tue–Fri)
Location: Aloma Ave, Winter Park, FL 32792
Responsibilities:
Assist with framing walls, floors, and roofs
Support lead builders with daily build tasks
Load and unload materials
Use hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, nail guns)
Keep the jobsite clean and organized
Follow construction and safety guidelines
Qualifications
Carpentry or framing experience preferred but not required
Roofing experience preferred but not required
Ability to read or understand basic measurements
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus
Positive attitude, fast learner, reliable, and a team player
Good problem-solving and time-management skills
