We are seeking a dedicated Porter/Grounds Maintenance Person to join our team at a large condominium complex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the pool areas, tennis areas, and grounds. Key responsibilities include cleaning the pool areas, tennis areas, collecting and disposing of trash, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property.
