Established Winter Park personal injury law firm seeks an experienced pre-suit case manager/paralegal. Must have knowledge of insurance, claims, medical billings, liens, PIP, and general medical knowledge. Good writing skills are important, and excellent negotiation and client relation skills are essential. You will have assistants working under you, so the ability to direct and manage others will be needed as well. We also have a wonderful team of people and need someone who is pleasant and easy to get along with. Most importantly, our clients come to us in their time of need, so we are looking for someone who is caring and compassionate. A minimum of three (3) years in personal injury or insurance claims is desired. We offer health, eye, and dental insurance. We have sit/stand desks to encourage our team members to be active and healthy. We also have 8 paid holidays per year, and this position starts with three (3) weeks of paid time off per year. There is also an extra PTO day for every year of service.
