We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient movement, organization, and safety of all materials and shipments. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble company products for shipment
- Palletize shipments accurately and securely for transport
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing materials and supplies
- Organize inventory and maintain proper labeling and stock rotation
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times
- Pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies or issues immediately
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one preferred
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional overtime may be required)
