FULL TIME OFFICE MANAGER/RECEPTIONIST POSITION
Growth oriented local accounting firm seeking full-time Office Manager/ Receptionist. We are looking for someone to manage front desk and Office on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Experience with business software including QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Outlook as well as excellent communication skills, a commitment to excellence, strong work ethic and positive demeanor are required.
In this position you will be the first point of contact for our company.
The duties include but are not limited to:
Offering administrative support across the Organization
Welcoming and greeting the clients that visit our Organization
Correspondence and redirecting phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/e-mail
Maintaining and Procurement of Office Supplies
Update Calendars and schedule meetings
Client Maintenance and Setup in our Customer Management System and Tax Programs
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing
Some Client Data Entry
Any other additional work necessary for the efficient operations of the Organization
To be successful in this position you should have a pleasant personality. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position
