We are a roofing company based in Apopka, Florida. We specialize in residential and commercial roof replacements and repairs. We are looking for an experienced bilingual salesperson with roofing damage experience.

Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads by building relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial building owners.
- Assess roof damage caused by weather events
- Educate customers on roofing options, materials and warranties
- Collaborate with Roofing project managers
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (fluent English-Spanish) will be a plus
- Successful sales track record in the roofing industry
- Have an ability to climb a ladder to perform roof inspections frequently
- Solid experience in assessing weather-related roof damage in Central-Florida
- High level of time management
- Highly developed communication skills
- Self-motivated and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- MS Office and CRM basic experience (will train if needed
