I do not want to hear how you started the Timeshare industry or Rental / Resales OR that you were the #1 closer blah, blah, blah
I NEED CLOSERS WHO CAN SELL AND CLOSE!
That means:
Coming to work EVERYDAY
Getting on the phone and STAYING ON THE PHONE! That means DIALING AND ANSWERING ALL CALLS!
Working a lead until it is DEAD OR CLOSED, no in between!
POSITIVE attitude. If you are negative then you need counseling, we don’t provide mental health services.
Burning desire to make an UNLIMITED amount of money
If you need a loan, go to a bank.
I spend $10k to $20,000 a MONTH on marketing to get you to speak with someone who owns a Timeshare and wants out. If you can't write at least $15,000 a week, you cannot work here
I am NOT looking to train, if you need that, go to school.
