Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Marketing Data Analyst for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Hospitality Services clients in Orlando FL, Carmel, IN or Parsippany, NJ. Responsibilities :
- In this role you will sit within a center of excellence responsible for the collection and use of customer data to deliver intelligent communications with our customers.
- Your responsibility within this team will be to leverage our newly developed Customer Data Platform to analyze, deploy & measure targeted audiences across email, digital ads, direct mail & telemarketing.
- Deployment of segmented audience files in accordance with campaign objectives
- Ongoing validation of data integrity for both scheduled and ad hoc campaigns
- Analysis and presentation of targeting improvements to inform marketing strategy
- Reporting on audience outcomes and consultation on future enhancements to targeting
- Continual learning of new data sources and technologies introduced to the organization
- Communication with key vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely data delivery.
- 2+ years of SQL experience
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and task management skills required
- Needs to be a team player with excellent problem solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills required
- Experience working in an ecommerce organization or marketing department preferred
- BA in Marketing, Statistics, or business-related field preferred
