POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Working on a fast-paced, deadline-driven Special Event, this role is a Seasonal Position. Were looking for someone who is highly self-motivated and equally talented. This position requires creativity with a high level of detail and problem solving.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a member of the PRODUCTION TEAM, duties would include;
Assist with day-to-day operations of the Event Production Office; including weekly notes and update distribution across departments.
Work with Group Sales with Beverage and Operations Dept.
Act as Assistant Manager on Duty during show operation days; including vendor maintenance and interaction.
Fulfill equipment and supplies orders needed throughout Production.
Responding promptly and thinking ahead of the curve
Assist with Event Payroll Procedures across multiple teams, weekly audits, and scheduled submittals.
Assist with Payroll Distribution with Payroll Master; Train leadership on Timeclocks, Facilitating the process for training purposes with Venues.
Support Producers in the Opening/Closing of Event Attractions and Locations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Self-Starter and willingness to work in a team and group environment.
Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word & Excel) and QuickBooks
Minimum of 1 year of Event/Film Production Experience
General Accounting Principles; helpful but not required.
Must be available to work ALL Event Operations; including Weekends, Nights, and Holidays. (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years).
