Garcia Civil Contractors has an opening for an Assistant Superintendent/ Field Engineer with Heavy Civil Construction experience. Candidate should have the following experience:
-Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
-Experience with flat and structural concrete, earthwork and drainage.
-Understanding of field operations and productions.
-Experience with FDOT and local municipalities procedure, heavy highway experience.
-Must have excellent communication skills with team members, clients and subcontractors.
-Candidate must have good organizational and time management skills.
-Must be able to anticipate project material and labor needs to assist Superintendent in material ordering and crew scheduling.
-Must have a valid drivers license and be authorized to work in the US.
