What we are looking for beyond the basics:
-Adams Rite trouble shooting repair and replacement
-ability to trouble shoot and repair
-work independently
-ability to review project and order the correct materials
-flawless electric strike installation
-mag lock installation
-pushbar and door closer installation and repair
-automatic door operator installation. A bonus but not required to apply
-low voltage knowledge
-wire termination experience
-wire pulling experience
