Role: Java Developer Lead Location: Orlando, FL Job Description- Need an experienced Java Developer, who has good Java related technical skills and good communication skills.
- Resource would need to also take ownership of the technical details in the project.
- Expertise in Java / JEE and related technologies, good AWS understanding and Web related Technologies.
- Develop high and low level design and implement in Java/JEE as per timelines provided by the project
- Understanding of DevOps related technologies
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
