Ledgent Technology is seeking an Ivanti Service Manager Specialist to develop and install Ivanti Service Desk/Service Manager for an enterprise level company in Southeast Florida.
This is a full-time, remote position with ample room for growth. What you will be doing:- Leads in the configuration and implementation of Ivanti software for the enterprise.
- Collaborates with support and other IT resources to engineer Ivanti Service Desk/Service Manager software and implement solutions.
- Conducts set ups, tuning, process development and troubleshooting within the application.
- Develops complex object-oriented implementations and determines appropriate design and testing tools/protocols to ensure high quality deliverables.
- Major contributor and/or guides product design, system analysis, debug tasks, root cause analysis, and support for assigned products.
- Prepares technical and process documentation for complex Ivanti product sub-systems.
- Strong experience in database technologies such as SQL Server (required), Oracle (plus), MySQL (plus)
- Strong ITSM understanding/experience (required)
- Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows Server, Windows, etc.) (required)
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives (required)
- Effectively communicate technical issues in a non-technical manner
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Ivanti Service Desk/Service Manager administration and configuration experience (required)
- Ivanti Service Desk/Service Manager certifications (preferred)
- Certified Service Desk Administrator
- Certified Service Manager Administrator
- Certified User Workspace Manager Administrator
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Teamwork Administrator Associate Certification
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSA): Enterprise Administrator Expert Certification
- ITIL Foundations (ITIL v3 or ITIL 4) Certification
- ITIL 4 Specialist Create, Deliver and Support Certification
- ITIL v3 Service Lifecycle (Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and/or Continual Service Improvement) Certifications
