What you'll do as a Lead Compensation Analyst
Assist with administration of employee compensation programs including base pay, bonus and long-term incentive pay, working closely with the HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance and Operations teams
Plan, administer and execute all annual compensation cycle activities, including serving as a resource for management to assist with making informed decisions
Conduct market analysis and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and management to ensure compensation offerings are aligned with market and internal equity
Manage and execute on complex, high-profile projects related to all facets of compensation
Provide high level customer service regarding inquiries and concerns to HR leads, management and employees. Counsel on best practices, provide strategic guidance, and ensure quick resolution
Evaluate jobs to ensure they are slotted appropriately within Dycom’s job architecture and salary structure
Review FLSA status to determine appropriate classifications
Assist with the development and maintenance of job profiles
Provide reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking to ensure compliance with Dycom’s compensation philosophy and to understand market and internal compensation trends. Use data to provide recommendations for compensation strategy
Participate in compensation surveys, compile data, complete analysis, and present findings
What you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent experience
8+ year’s prior compensation experience
Superior data analytics and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and an expert understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Highly organized and able to manage time well in order to meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
Strong communication and presentation skills
