Job Summary Seeking Call Center Representative to: Gathers necessary demographic and clinical information from patient and enters into appropriate database. Seeks appropriate resources to resolve issues about the type, date or location of prescribed procedure.Schedules patient procedures in a manner that most efficiently utilizes the patient's time and clinical resources. Call center type environment located in the Bay Medical at the hospital. Working alongside 10 to 15 schedulers.They will need to be flexible to work between the hours of 7:00am - 7:30am. They training shift starts out at 8:00-4:30, and then they eventually will transition to 9:00-5:30 shift. They make work occasional overtime hours late, or on weekends. Qualifications: -Medical terminology and 1+ yrs of high volume phone system. -High school diploma or equivalent. -Preferred- hospital call center, insurance claims, multi-line phone systems experience.
